Episode Six- Instructional Design
Instructional design is known as instructional systems design which it analysis the learning needs and the development of instruction.
Other than that, the Instructional design is the process that involves learning products and experiences. Later on, the learning products and experiences undergo the phrase of, designed, developed and last but not least is delivered.
The learning products include online courses, instructional manuals, video tutorials, learning simulations, and etc. Instructional designers will be the 'architect' of the learning experience and also be the 'director' of the Instructional Systems Design ISD process.
Instructional Systems Design ISD involves the creation of a syllabus, planning of lesson, material selection and adaptation and planning of implementation. There are several models that used in ISD, which are ASSURE, GAGNE 9 events, Dick and Carey, Guaranteed Learning, Rapid Prototyping and ARCS Model.
